The Huddlestone Bridge Homeowners Association acts as the representative voice of the community to make decisions, manage issues and promote the values that make our community a fun and family friendly neighborhood. Our association will respond in a way that not only preserves, but adds value to each homeowner's real estate investment. We want to be the community of choice in the Acworth area. Our goals for the neighborhood include, but are not limited to, attractive and well maintained common areas, fair and consistent enforcement of the community by-laws and covenants, and the on-going support and development of programs and activities that support our family lifestyle neighborhood. Our decisions will be guided by the principals of being an informed board that serves the majority interest in our community.
The residents of Huddlestone Bridge are equally important in the care and trust of the community. All homeowners, thru the timely payment of all dues, enjoys the wonderful amenities of our community. Annual Assessments, Late Fees, Violation Fines etc., are necessary to help ensure that the entire community enjoys the same level of services on a regular basis. Residents that are late or are in serious violation of our community rules and covenants will find their privileges to these amenities withdrawn.
